BARLEY

Cribit Seeds offers both 2-row and 6-row barley varieties. The difference between 2-row and 6-row barley varieties relates to the arrangement of kernels on the head. While 6-row varieties produce more seeds, 2-row varieties tiller out more allowing both 6-row and 2-row varieties to yield similarly. Due to the increased tillers of 2-row varieties, it is recommended to use a 6-row variety when under seeding.
